Cardinal Heart Wreath
I don't know why I've always associated Valentine's Day with the first whispers of spring....as an adult I now realize in reality it's the dead of winter. But, old habits die hard, and these wreaths, although not delusional, do hint at what's to come in the months ahead.

Grapevine heart wreathPine conesFaux red berry branchesFeathered cardinalsGlue gunWhite spray paint
STEPS
Attach pine cones to the grape vine wreaths using your glue gun. I found that clustering them on opposing corders worked well for balance. As usual, try to cluster them in odd numbers. You’ll find that the more hot glue the better given the very uneven surfaces.
Spray paint the wreath and cones white. Make sure to get into all the nooks and crannies!
Clip off small clusters of the red berries and insert them amongst the pine comes using a dab of hot glue to hold them in place.
Add your cardinals, again making sure to visually balance them.
Hang as you heart desires. (See what I did there.)
