Jelly Bean Infused Vodka

Yeah, that's right jelly bean infused vodka! The perfect libation to add to your Easter festivities and you won't believe how easy it is to make. It's sweet and full of flavor.

Take a single flavor of jelly bean, I used about two cups, and put them in a sealable container like a mason jar. Add vodka, any kind will do, and screw on the top. Give it a good shake and let it sit for a while.  Go back every hour or so and give it another shake. If you've got the time, start the night before you need it, but I did mine the morning of and it was still great. When you're ready to serve it, pour it through a strainer.  If you want it to be really clear and pretty pour it through a coffee filter which will get out all the sugar crystals. Serve chilled and up or in a high ball with some ice and a little seltzer.
