Take a single flavor of jelly bean, I used about two cups, and put them in a sealable container like a mason jar. Add vodka, any kind will do, and screw on the top. Give it a good shake and let it sit for a while. Go back every hour or so and give it another shake. If you’ve got the time, start the night before you need it, but I did mine the morning of and it was still great. When you’re ready to serve it, pour it through a strainer. If you want it to be really clear and pretty pour it through a coffee filter which will get out all the sugar crystals. Serve chilled and up or in a high ball with some ice and a little seltzer.
