I know you’ve seen these chandeliers in magazines and designer blogs. Did you know they run from $200 to over $600 bucks? Yeah, I thought the same thing – that’s crazy! Well, using an inexpensive bathroom fixture as a start you can make your own for around $50. That’s more like it!
6 Light vanity fixture
1”x8” board or a reclaimed board
Hammered bronze spray paint
6 Mason jars
Electric cord kit
4 Wrought iron plant hooks
Take apart your light fixture by removing the socket covers …
and lifting off the fixture cover.
Hang either directly from the plant hooks or add chain if you need to drop it lower. Run the cord up one of the hooks to your power source.
Enjoy your chandelier while you figure out what do do with the remaining $550.–
